Abstracts are invited for the 14th Linguistics Association of Ghana Annual Conference (LAG 2022) scheduled
as follows:

Venue: Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana
Mode: In-person/On-site
Theme: Linguistics, Language and Literature: Future Horizons
It is expected that discussions at the conference will focus on the following sub-themes:

· Future of Translation · Future of Literacy in Africa

· Discourse Analysis · Language and Politics
Abstracts from core areas of Linguistics, such as Phonetics, Phonology, Morphology, Syntax, Semantics, Pragmatics,
Applied Linguistics, and Sociolinguistics, etc. are also encouraged and expected.

• Anonymous single-spaced abstracts addressing the theme of the Conference and other areas of Linguistics
mentioned above should be sent electronically to:
• Author details, including names, title of paper, institutional affiliation and e-mail address, should be sent on
a separate file to the same address.
• Except for abstracts containing special characters or figures, which should be submitted in a PDF format, all
abstracts should be in MS-word format.
• Word Limit of Abstract: 250 words
